Pretty solid unit. Nice and clean look. Mine didnt have a stong smell like I saw in some post. Im changing my sons room around as a Christmas gift and it fit perfectly with my vision. Im satisfied a thousand percent. Worth the price !!!
As I searched for a new bed frame there was a staggering price difference from this brand to others. I assumed that it meant a quality difference but not able justify spending nearly 1000 on a bed frame my family and I went for it. I was shocked to find that putting it together was easy and it is amingly sturdy! I mean superbly sturdy! Now two years from now will I say the same thing? I dont know but nonetheless Im impressed with the quality. Very sturdy.
Came with several damages to the wood. Their was wood splitting and gashes that became very noticeable after assembly. The assembly itself was a headache. The directions were clear but their was many pieces to put together. The quality is not the best but its good for the price. This assembly is definitely a 3 person job because it is HEAVVYYY!!! this is good!
I ordered this bed to give my daughter more room in her bedroom. I was surprised how sturdy it is. If I wanted I could set it in the middle of the room without the walls for support. It was pretty easy to put together, I did it by myself, as my husband was at work. It had a learning curve but one I got started I had no problems. The only part I am not looking forward to is changing the sheets. That is going to be difficult. Otherwise very happy with my purchase. Thanks!
Ok, so thoughts once assembled is that the bed is sturdy and looks good. If you assemble this bed using the included hex key its going to take you a while. I found one I could fit Im my cordless drill and it cut the time in half. There are a LOT of pieces so it works best to sort them before starting so you know where everything is. I wouldnt want to attempt this by myself as it helps to have someone hold the long sections up while the other person installs the hardware. The wood had some good sized dents and one very noticable corner gouge upon arrival. Overall Im impressed with the quality if this bed for the price. My 10 year old is extremely excited about it.
