Back of chair was delivered, waited for seat, let them know I did not receive. Sent replacement. Then received 2, so I sent 1 back. Set up chair and within 3 weeks, chairs motor would not work. I have written twice to seller with no response! Would recommend you NOT buy this item! Ok.
Im very happy I made the purchase. I was looking for a recliner that rocks and swivels due to being pregnant and a first time mom. I seen mixed reviews on this particular one then found a review of a new mom who bought it for her nursery and loved it. I was sold after that.
Its cheaper than any other recliner I seen while searching and and due to it massaging and heating it seemed too good to be true. But I love it!! I was nervous it was going to be too big but its smaller than expected. Its a perfect size for a nursery or smaller living room. Its very comfortable and extremely easy to put together. No bolts or tools required it slides together like a puzzle.
It is a little short, Im 55 and the foot rest is just at my feet so that could be a concern if you are very tall. The massaging feature is more of a vibration but thats what I was expecting. Over all I would recommend and buy again! Space saver.
This chair is so comfy! Love the heat and massage options it has, but I would love it even without those options because its so comfortable. The sides/arms of the chair just do not feel very sturdy. Very functional.
Bought this about a week ago for my nursery. Its an awesome chair for the price! The massage is a vibration and can be noisy at times. The heat feature is similar to seat warmers on the car. It warms up nicely. I dont think the footrest is hard to put down. My only real issue is that when trying to push the headrest back to recline, it doesnt stay in place. You really do have to keep a lot of pressure on it to keep it reclined. But everything else is great / the cup holders, pockets! Its the perfect size for me and our nursery. Compact but very comfortable. I looked at other chairs that were 500+ and no extra features (no cup holders). For the money, this is perfect! My husband and I had it out of the box and set up in about 10/15 minutes. Super simple assembly. Super.
All but one thing is working out good there is a sound that has made it that I dont use the setting for upper legs on my recliner, been trying to send a video but had no luck I hope it load via this review so them may tell me a fix Great price and somewhat durable.
After seeing and trying out a leather 3900 recliner with massage at a local retail store, I also decided to search for recliners with massage on , and BINGO! I found this fabric/covered one from China for 3500 less! It arrived in two boxes and was super easy to assemble. The massage cycle with heat works great and it is really comfortable and relaxing for my back. And the fabric color and texture even comes close to matching the fabric of our new sectional sofa! A great buy! Looks nice and sturdy.
