That it isnt a stuffed but it is comfortable.

The chair came the next day so thats a big plus. It is a little short for me (5 10) but works. I just hope that the massage and heat functions keep working I really like the neck massage on it. Cant beat it for the price as long as you arent over 5 10 or so. Well made, easy to assemble and useful.

It works for my purposes, nice chair, 1 star less for the frustration of shipping

I work from home and have to keep my feet up most of the time. So I was looking for a chair that would have a footrest that would come up without having to recline the chair a great deal. This fit the bill, as there is separate footrest ring on the side of the seat that brings up the footrest, and the back rest barely goes back more than it is when the footrest is down. I also needed the chair to either have casters to roll or to swivel, so that I could sit in it and then bring out the keyboard drawer from the desk, and be able to sit close enough to the desk that I could see the large monitor screens. The office chairs with casters and footrests, didnt look like they would be study and comfortable for 12+ hrs a day of sitting and long term use by a heavy person. This chair swivels, and although its a bit tight to get my feet out from btwn the desk and the footrest, once I had it up and then put it down again, I can make it work. To explain this, it takes more force to close it than I can do with my legs, so I always have to get out of it and then push the footrest down with my hand. The statement from others, that it does take some force to push the footrest down, is true, plus I have little space to work with, since the desk is right in front of me. This chair was a little more than I would have rather spent and it has features like 8 vibrating massage node with heat that I will never use, Ive also never even reclined the back rest so far. The rocking is more annoying for my purposes but would normally be nice in a living room or nursey recliner. I did a lot of research, and spend some time debating what I absolutely needed and what I found available this recliner fit the bill better than any other I found. It is a nice recliner, it is comfortable, and it should last a long time. My husband had no problem with the weight of the boxes, getting the pieces in my office or assembing the back and arms to the seat base. The seat is roomy, the chair feels sturdy but is probably best for shorter people, Im only 5 foot. My biggest disappointment was with the shipping. I ordered the chair on July 10th and was quoted it would arrive 7/14 to 7/16. Every day, when I checked the tracking on Fedex, the arrival date was moved back a day. My order also showed the arrival date moved to 7/19 and later 7/21. At COB Friday 7/16, I checked to find that it has only been picked up that day and had only traveled 14 miles down I/10 from Ontario to Bloomington, CA. Since the estimate arrival date had just been changed then to 7/21, and I no way to know if the arrival date would continue to be moved forward each day the next week, as it had that week, I wrote the vendor. I received a sort of mangled worded email the next day that seemed to indicate I should give it another 3 days. So I did and the recliner was received before COB on Monday, 7/19. Solid and basic.

    Great chair

This chair is great, it was a little stained on the back under the head ready pillow, but looks like an simple cleanup my husband is napping in it already, just the right size, fabric is very nice and so easy to put together I thought I did it wrong but didnt!! I read most of the reviews before I ordered and Im so happy I did! My husband has Parkinsons and sleeps on a recliner many nights, shopped all over for the one we had which isnt that great and cost more, also didnt have a handle to lift and lost a fingernail lifting it once! so its a great chair and just what we need!! Happy with our purchase! Thank you!! Pretty sturdy. Good size.

    Beautiful for small places

Its good, but the only think I dont like is the way to close it, need to hit hard with the legs. The rest is confortable rnable Really Worth it.

    Not an actual massage recliner

These recliners seem to be great for short people when it comes to reclining in the chair. The swivel is great, the cushions are comfortable, assembling them was user/friendly + quick, and rocking in them is smooth. The main reasons for 3 stars are: these vibrate / they dont have rotary/moving massage heads, the chairs dont lock when theyre reclined (you have to hold yourself in position or lean all the way back), moving them is tricky because they can come apart if you try to lift them, and the massage remote doesnt have a Time setting (the vibration/heat turns off automatically after about 15 mins or so). Overall, theyre a good first recliner if youre needing something interim until you can buy actual massage recliners. I dont recommend them for anyone taller than 55 because youd probably fall backwards when reclined 100. Not best.

Great value / build quality is something to consider

Great value / but, the massage feature sucks. The material (cotton like) is nice. As for build quality, I feel like if your not careful with the 360 ring you can break it easily. Not so bad.
