One of the hooks to latch the shoulder strap was missing. They should be more careful with their quality control. Price was ok for the quality. But can’t work with missing pieces.
I was looking for a sturdy carrier that could fold flat when not in use and not look like it’s been sitting in the closet for the last 30 years. I love that the carrier is multi-functional and has a good structure with the interfacing. Just wish the side pocket was a tad bigger to fit a few more things!
Light, firm and durable. We made round trip with our mini aussie, 9 hour flight each leg with no problems. Easy to carry, essy to attach to a carry on (4 wheels preferably). Is foldable and easy to store.
I had to transport a toy aussie of 8 weeks ( 4 pounds). The carrier fits perfectly under the Spirit Airlines seat. It has a lot of space and is easy to wash and sturdy enough. I would deff recommend.

Dangerous!
Zipper was broken. Very dangerous. Cat could have escaped or harmed someone. DO NOT BUY A CARRIER ONLINE. lssson learned.
