My son was so excited when the bed arrived, it seems sturdy but it was missing parts. We unboxed everything and threw the box. So as me and my husband started to build the ends of the bed everything was going well, up until we started doing the side rails. The first rails that we put were supposed to have 3 holes, 2 for the wooden inserts and 1 for the bolt and screw. It was kissing the body and screw hole. No big deal, right? My husband got his power tool and drilled the holes for it. We finished setting up one side of the railing. We get to the next side. We were missing one of the wooden pieces for the railing. We were missing the bed slats. And one of the steps for the stairs. I really wanted to love this bed but I cannot. Because there isnt one!!! Its missing pieces. I reached out to the manufacturer and I have to go through an obstacle just to see if I can get a refund or another bed sent. Not impressed with customer service. Did I mention I threw the box away! So if I want to return I have to pay more money to get a new box and get it shipped back to them and wait weeks for it to arrive. Yes Im frustrated. Dont recommend
Its cute. Its composite wood, but the box is HEAVY! Very cute. Easy to follow instructions and I was able to put it together by myself. Downside is max weight of 165lbs which means I have to make sure not all the kids up are there at once at some point in the future. Im happy
Some of the pieces came with damage; appeared to have long scratches in a few of the longer rails. Was able to assemble with side facing the wall and didnt seem to be deep/split pieces, but damaged none/the/less its very comfortable
Nice bed for the money, says weight limit 150 Id say 100. Esp if you have a thicker mattress, soon as my grand daughter crawled up and sit the slat across broke. Please dont let them jump on the mattress without extra support because it will break. Would have been better built with thicker slats across where the mattress lays. We will put a piece of plywood across it for better support. Great value though be pretty. Works well

This loft is perfect for toddlers 3 up. My son loves it and it saves so much room and I can put his toys under his bed.
