This futon is actually cute and comfortable to hang out on. It does sit low, but I knew that. It would be possible to sleep on but probably not the most comfortable for a finicky sleeper
I ordered this product but decided to return it and order an accent chair instead. Lucky for me I waited until after the sofa arrived to order the accent chair. Instead of returning this item Ive decided to keep it. Once we opened the box and saw the color it was decided. Putting it together took two people and about 40 minutes but it was well worthed. Its great for our small space. Were definitely keeping it!! No return needed.
I will start by saying that it is very easy to assemble! I did it by myself/ with the help of my doggos/ in under an hourheres a tip thoughget a socket wrench to tighten the arms onthat weird little wrench they provide is useless!
Second, there are a lot of reviews that complain about the firmness of the seating/ it is very firm! But, I have back issues that are made worse by soft seating so I really like that its firm.
Lastly, it is low to the ground; which is typical of mid/century furniture. Some people dont care for thatit really doesnt bother me.
Overall/ totally worth the little over 300 I paid!
Ill update the review after a month or two. I am curious to see how the faux leather will hold up to my dogs!
The navy blue is less a dark navy and more a Jean color. It looks very deep dark blue online but is not that case in person. A little bummed about that but so it goes!
Super easy to install, not too large, fit perfectly in my apartment and the futon isnt too hard. It is a bit firm, but its not a bed and I didnt expect a memory foam futon. Otherwise it is a very good futon and serves its purpose

The biggest thing that concerned us was the small scent beads. We tried cleaning them all out when we first got it but its throughout the entire product so impossible to 100 clean. Our cat ingested a couple and was sick for the next 3 days
This is a 300 piece of furniture. It is not super comfy / so if you are looking for a plop your lard butt down type of sofathis is not it.
The material holds up well and its a sitting room piece.
If you need a living room piece / it works well / more than a few show binges have done well enough.
Update: After more than 2 months of regular use, feeling the wood frame directly underneath your backside or the coils get old VERY quickly.
This is a prop/staging/etc piece / something to be rarely used.
Do not purchase as a sofa youd want to be comfortable on. And certainly do not pay more than 300
I dont usually leave a review, but honestly, this couch was so cheap and so easy to put together! It is elegant and fits my studio very well. Took my boyfriend and I 30 minutes to put it together, and it also turns into a futon!
much easier to assemble than I expected. Quality looks higher than the cost. seat is a little low, but not uncomfortably so. Perfect addition to my home office
