I have kids and dogs and was tired of spending money on a full on couch then having to replace it after a year. I opted for a less expensive option and found this futon. Im so happy with it! Its really sturdy, especially for being a futon. The material is easy to clean on the dark grey option. Im ordering a green one for my porch too.
As far as comfort, you get what you pay for. We are a pretty active house the kids never sit for hours and we dont have time for that either lol, so its perfect for what we need it for. The kids also love that it folds down into a bed for movie nights.
If it ends up with too much wear and tear after a year or two, oh well. Id rather replace this futon than a more expensive couch.

Really heavy when arrived in 1 piece and you have to climb up the stairs alone almost impossible but after all easy assembly quite comfortable Im 511 and i can lay down
Comfortable for sleep ? I will not spend few nights on it ! But in case a friend come over will do the job perfectly
I really liked this piece when we first got it. It did have some minor scratches that happened in transit, but we didnt want to have to worry about returning the piece after assembly so we kept it. However, we have had this futon for over a year and the arm is starting to bend down and break apart. We have attempted to tighten the screws but it keeps pushing out. Further, the arm has a tear in the side. This futon is in my husbands office and is not used too often. We do not have kids so nobody but two adults that sit on this, but it is completely falling apart just about 1 year after purchase. It is a fairly good price, but not for something that will only last one year.

Cons: This sucker is one heavy couch! For someone who is 52 and 115 pounds, I would recommend getting help with lifting and putting it together. The arms were heavy to put on as well, but it was super easy.
Also, its not that comfortable. Its pretty firm.
Pros: its low to the ground (perfect for me; yay.)
The color is superb. Easy to read instructions and came with extra hardware. It came in one big box which is nice. Super easy to turn into a small twin bed. This couch is long but its perfect for small spaces. Its funky and I like it!
The sofa came to my home with very good instructions and I put it together myself ( one woman of senior age) without any problem. Very pleased with the quality and the comfort
I love it took about an hour to assemble. Was pretty easy to do. It looks cute. I havent used it as a futon. I was worried at first seeing other reviews where it was damaged before use. But mine was fine. I definitely recommend spraying it with scotch guard to prevent stains.
