I was really happy with this bunk bed! More importantly, my boys love it! Its exactly how it looks in the picture our room is just barely big enough for it. It was easy to assemble. It came in two boxes and I did have to contact customer service about the second box as there was no info sent to me about. They quickly sent me a tracking number and it arrived not too long after the first. Instructions for the stairs took a bit to figure out as they werent labeled. But other than that, we are completely satisfied! I would recommend to a friend! Very well built
There were a few pieces with scratched paint but otherwise the bed is perfect. I was able to set it up completely by myself over the course of a few hours and Im a 52, 125lbs female. The only hassle was making individual trips with the pieces up two flights of stairs. It comes in two separate boxes and both were way too heavy for me to bring up alone. GREAT LOVE IT!!!
Im pleased with my purchase. Assembly was much easier then I expected. I was affraid the material might be cheap or thin. But the bunk beds are not thin and sturdy. We love it
Unboxing the 2 boxes, I felt intimidated, and wondered what I got myself into by ordering this.
But for someone who is 50 and weighs 108 pounds, and is not too experienced with putting together large furniture, Id say this project was lengthy, but not at all difficult.
A few pieces of the stairs were missing their part letters/numbers, but it was easy to figure out by the pictured instructions. Aside from that, everything else was just fine.
Of course, I had two 3 year olds barging in while I was putting together and assisting as only they could, by switching all the pieces around and taking them off to another room.
I really enjoy this bed, and so do my daughters.

Not hard to assemble, but the wood is soft and once constructed its not firm. The trundle needed reinforced as after assembly and moving it under the bottom bunk I felt as though I was going to yank the trundle frame apart when pulling it out. Had to buy extra supporting angle pieces and install on trundle frame, yet its still somewhat flimsy. Weve 6 grandchildren who only stay occasionally so well be fine, but if this was an everyday use bunk beds for two or three 80lb+ kids, Id probably recommend something more stout. Perfect for my 4 year old and 2.5 year old boys. Sturdy, not incredibly hard to put together but did take a few hours. The top bunk is low enough that I can see and reach my 4 year old. I can cover him up easily just standing beside the bed. The top bunk is low enough that it is about shoulder height and I can reach my arms over and rests my elbows on the mattress, I am 53. The bottom bunk is practically on the floor which is super nice for my 2.5 year old. He has rolled out of the bottom bunk onto the floor a couple times harmlessly. It is really easy for me to sit on the floor and reach him so that I can also lay right next to him to sing a song/comfort him. They both go up and down the stairs throughout the day and play on the stair case/top bunk and it is so safe and sturdy Im totally fine with this. The shelving is a tiny bit blocked by staircase but we have books stacked on the top shelf and big toys underneath on the floor shelf area. Cute storage. The room is just so adorable now. They have an awesome bunk bed without it being too high and scary for the young boys. And honestly, this will last them probably until they are in middle school. Totally recommend! Pay attention to the pictures!
This bunk bed is great! Easy to assemble, fairly sturdy, and overall great value. The frame is solid wood, and the stairs/shelves are a particle board with a thick veneer. I expect this bed will last years if taken care of. I highly recommend this product! The seller was also cognizant of handling during shipping and put it in an appropriate box leaving the product in perfect shape! Love it

I got this for my grandkids. 5 and 3 They love it. Very sturdy. Love the steps vs. a ladder. You wont regret it!
