It was easy to assemble the two pieces but the headrest was confusing due to the direction was opposite I got the left side setup it was for the right. Also the directions were hidden in the back with the hardware so I didnt know where anything was.the delivery was fast and the furniture is beautiful and comfortable but the truck driver didnt even but it by the door he left it by our car my husband had to carry the heavy boxes from the car to the house. Very Sturdy product.
Got here early, there were 2 tiny tears on one side. Other than that its perfect. Was easy to assemble and over all pleased. One thing though all the parts to assemble and instructions are inside the L side of the couch underneath in a zipped off caparment. The instructions tell you where it is but the instructions are also in this spot causing it to be counterproductive. yes we like it.
Came across this couch as I was researching options. We wanted a sectional and didnt want to spend a fortune, as we will probably use this couch for less than a year. Loved the pull out bed/cushion feature and liked the asthetic so I went ahead and ordered it.
Assembly was very straightforward. The hardest part was assembling the bed cushion to the pull out frame. Once unboxed, it probably took me a total of 30 mins to assemble everything and place the couch into place.
This is a firm couch. I personally like the firmnessbut for those who dont this could be an issue.
The pull out bed is a neat feature. However, I am weary of how much weight it can hold. I think it will be fine for kids to lay on. But for grown adults, it will probably be best used like an ottoman to rest your legs/feet.
Overall I am happy with this couch. Really good.
Only issue I see with this item is the brackets that stop the bottom from sliding out have broke already. The screws that hold the brackets are way to small. Other than that this couch is very comfortable. Works great!
one of the headrests came in a little bent and I Snapped it trying to fix. The manufacturer quickly replaced it for me and is awesome and understanding! I very much appreciate the support during this dark time. Solid and basic.
What a beautiful couch. At first I thought we were missing parts and that they didnt give me the pull out bed I paid for. But, after looking further I found a zipper on the back of the lounger chaise part. In there not only did we find the the headrests, but the parts for the bed were there also. It has the most awesome way to pull out for the bed. Couch is very elegant looking. So glad I purchased this one. Smaller than I expected.
Assembly / easy for the most part, despite the typos. Would have preferred the holes for the sleeper wheel assembly to be pre/drilled but they werent.
Comfort / Backs are completely uncomfortable without pillows. Ok to sit on.
Look / looks great. For a non/, its soft. Hoping it doesnt tear. Nice well made.

Awesome couch

Its very good quality! I was pleasantly surprised. The sofa is firm if you prefer that. I would buy again. Quality products.
