I have only had it about a month but I love it so far. I have 4 dogs and there is enough room for all of them to sit with me. And I can clean up after them very easily. I assembled it by myself, would have been easier to have some help. loves it!
Please pay to get this mammoth assembled! When it was delivered it really was that 200lbs in two boxes. The sweet delivery driver helped me and my husband haul it in. But thankfully from there we paid to have it assembled. There was no way we were going to open that box up and even try. Once it was assembled we really love this couch. It fits our purpose of having a black couch for our living room. We leave the extender out most of the time but I will say that the middle part has a hollow center so you have to careful to sit on the edge if youre sitting there.. It is comfortable. Firm. Easy to pull out the extender and put back in. It did NOT come damaged like others products did. However!!!, since they go through a third party delivery device to deliver to my area, I had a less than pleasant experience. I took a day off waiting for the delivery that never came. said the delivery company tried to reach me and some random number. No idea how they got it. Then from there collaborates with the delivery company on rescheduling the delivery. It was fine from there. But took almost a week to get settled and taken care of. Fair for the price.
The bottom of the bed where the wheels are supposed to go, there was no holes for the nail to go into. The assembling wasnt that easy. The WORSE part of the whole transaction was the delivery. This should definitely be noted on the website that the delivery person doesnt bring the couch upstairs or even into the home. The delivery driver was rude and less than helpful. Nonetheless, great couch! HAPPY!!
