The couch itself is fantastic / very comfortable, feels durable, and easy to assemble. We purchased the sectional as well as the loveseat option and they look great.
However, should seriously consider a different shipping partner for the delivery. It was sent by NSD and they were f awful. Tracking was never updated. Delivery was never formally scheduled. They rang when they were in our driveway for the first time / no other notification was given. Then, the lift gate was broken and this elderly woman they sent tried to lift down the package herself. It was dropped in the mud on the driveway. The truck nearly hit our car which was parked nearby. Absolutely shocking!!! consider using a different shipper / if you look at reviews for NSD youll see Im not alone in this assessment. LOVE LOVE LOVE
This chair offers the perfect mix of style and comfort. The seat is big and firm, and the back is plush. I have not yet tested durability, but based on comfort I would buy again. This product is pretty decent for the price
This is a great couch! I settled for it because I could get it quickly but absolutely love it. There is no mention that fabric has been treated with Scotchgard which is a small issue because of the light color, but I plan to treat it myself and hope this will take care of any issues. and came earlier than expected

The cushions sit nicely in place even sitting, laying down, moving around on the couch, and when getting up of the couch.

sure stated delivery between 8/11am. The delivery service (NSD) listed delivery between 10 am /1 pm. As of 1:20 pm, the couch was still not delivered and my hubby needed to leave for work. After 1:20 pm, no one was home to receive the package (delivery instructions stated someone over 18 yrs needed to be present to accept delivery).
When I returned home at 8 pm, the huge box was sitting in my driveway Thank goodness it didnt rain as there was an area on the box that had been punched in and the plastic wrap inside had holes in it (for ventilation). It could have been a disaster.

I was nervous about ordering chairs online that I had never seen or touched, but I couldnt find what I was looking for at any of the stores I visited. I was pleasantly surprised when these chairs arrived. They were easy to assemble just screw the legs on, flip them over, and youre done. They look great, and match the vibe I was going for perfectly. I sit in them rather comfortably in fact, just tonight I was able to curl up in one with my laptop and work while watching a movie with the family. They arent plush, cushy chairs but they are fine for our needs and really are more comfortable than you would expect. I do recommend. Best deal for a very nice
