I have never had a bed like this before and was very excited when it finally arrived. The set/up was very simple; my wife and I are not very talented at assembling things and, even so, we got the whole thing done in a little less than an hour.
The remote control functions are pretty straight/forward. The TV setting is nice for when youre watching TV (basically, the headboard comes up so that youre more/or/less sitting/leaning back VERY comfortable for TV binge/watching) and my favorite pre/set position is the Zero/Gravity setting it actually is more comfortable than lying on a flat surface.
The massage function is okay, but it really feels like one of those vibrating beds they used to have in cheap hotels. I think its a bit of a stretch to say that its a massage, but my 3/year/old daughter finds it endlessly entertaining, so theres something to be said for that.
All told, we are VERY happy with this bed frame! Perfect for my needs.
I also have an adjustable Sleep Number bed which I purchased for several thousand dollars! This bed is very easy to assemble. The remote control adjusts the bed in a variety of positions, head end, and foot end separately. It even has a massager, separate for head and foot end. And a USB port to charge your devices!
The bed is comfortable to sleep on and I think a great value for money. HAPPY!!
I have breathing problems and I sleep much better with my head raised up. I have wanted one of these for a long time now and I was fortunate to get one. First off, This is a very heavy box so you might want to have a friend help you. My awesome Grandson Juan put it together for me and it didnt take any time at all hardly. Once we got it out of the box you just line up the two halves and bolt the center bar on it with 4 allen head screws. Then its just mount the motors and sync the remote and your ready to go. Of course it needs to be flipped over. I am using my standard mattress and it does work somewhat but im going to order a memory foam with gel insert mattress. As far as how the bed works, Its perfectIt works like a champ and you will be pleased if you buy. Its an awesome bed base. Good price.

The frame is not very strong, and the poor quality had this thing unusable in a short amount of time. The pain of clearing out the old bed, getting this one up, and then clearing it out to put the old one back is not worth it. Money good to have.

It took my wife and I are about 25 minutes to assemble this bed. The instructions were pretty good. We are not super handy people.
The vibration can be felt through a mattress, which surprised me.
Also, it is extremely heavy. At least, compared to a normal bed. But that is understandable given the mechanics involved.
Overall, Im quite happy with it.
The only other quibble that one could have is that the adjustments work on the entire bed. Its not like one person can be flat and the other person can be propped up. So you both have to agree to the same inclination as well as vibration.
The massage feature is nice. You can control book the legs and the head.

You dont want to know what I paid for the adjustable bases of my split king bed. With the mattresses, we needed a bed mortgage. But the sides are padded, and the bases articulate as well as hospital beds.
This base is almost as nice. Its not padded, but it adjusts to pretty much any position you could want. It has a massage function, and there are USB jacks right on the frame. What a world we live in.
The best part, and the reason it gets five stars, is that it was stupid easy to put together. All the pieces fit. Everything was foolproof. The written instructions were almost achingly clear.
Box weighs like a hundred pounds, so have help available when it gets to you. But once you get it out of the box, one not/a/genius person can put it together. I am living proof. Go for it!

No problems
Ive had mine for over a year now and had no problems with light use. It fit within my original bedframe so it looks like a normal bed. It is ok.
