You get a lot for your money, but I found the foam filled, non-removable cushions a little.to firm for me. The leather is a bit slippery, which is typical of split leather. Its looks nice, but its not an all day sofa. I sent mine back and the service and return policy is excellent. An extra star for the free pickup. Just keep the box if you are not sure.

Theres always that slight doubt when you buy couches without seeing them in person in whether or not the quality is any good. But I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the fabric, the stitching, and the build of this couch was.
I also got it with the Deluxe delivery option (for free!) and the delivery men brought it up to my apartment (on the 4th floor of a walk up), unpacked it in front of me in the room that I requested, and put it together. Amazing couch and amazing service, definitely highly recommend.

Product was easy to assemble. Great comfort. Totally enjoying the couch. However, I have to say that the initially delivery was subpar. I live on the 5th floor and they first left the package near the elevator in the entrance lobby. (It couldnt fit in the elevator.)I placed a call with N customer service and they took care of it within 24hr!! Totally happy with the client support and this shows why N is 1 in the business. Thanks to the problem solvers and delivery managers for swift responses!! (Couch came via stairs. A huge thanks for all hard work and troubleshooting!)
Its large comfy and beautiful. The wood in the bottom is clearly some kind of vinyl fake wood but its only noticeable when you get supper close, like when you reach for something similar hat rolled under. Otherwise its perfect and the price is great.

Sofa came in one large box. It was very easy to assemble. Just screw the legs on and done! Very sturdy with deep seating.
