I was so worried about an online purchase like this. I have to say this bed is perfect. Unlike some other reviews all the holes were predrilled in the correct places. Also when draws were off I just adjusted/straightened out the bed and the instantly were fixed.
This can be easily fixed on a wooden floor but not so on carpet. Whichever the situation, make sure that you correct this before putting the mattress on the bed. Once this is done, this is a great bed due to its tremendous amount of storage. I live in a townhouse. So, all of my furniture have to have more than one function. Assembly was simple because of the instructions. Make sure that you assemble the drawers and the railings correctly on the first shot.
Overall, the quality of this product was disappointing. The head board and footboard arrived broken, and there were some small chips in the paint. After contacting the company, they were happy to replace the head and footboard. Nearly 2 weeks later they arrived… Broken again. I am now waiting for our third set and Im hopeful we can finally finish this project. While I love the concept of this bed, and think that it will be good in the long run, it has been more than six weeks waiting for the finished product.
Im sorry but I purchased two of these beds and it was a nightmare to assemble. I mean the beds came in a bunch of small peaces which had to be build peace by peace. Everyone I asked had no patients to help me. The quality of the bed is so CHEAP. Bed rocks when my kids get on and off .i would like part of my money back please and thank you.

Not the best. Its definitely worth extra money to get something of better quality.
The drawers arent even, the installation was lnt as easy as some other furniture, when its all said and done i wouldnt buy this again.
