This sofa is so luscious and velvety! Highly recommended for pet owners as well!
My last couch was made of woven material so my dogs hair was constantly getting imbedded in the fibers and not even a pet hair roller would work.
My dog still sheds like cry, but the hair literally can be swept off with just the side of my hand!

Putting the couch together was not too difficult, however, it appears the holes for two screws necessary to put the base of the couch together was never made. Im assuming this was a manufacturing error. I had to use an electric drill to screw the nails in which barely made it through because it feels like heavy metal towards the bottom of the armrest. After struggling with the nails I was able to proceed with putting the remaining pieces together. Its a beautiful couch and firm but comfy. Just beware of potential manufacturing defects.
Update to initial review, I changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars due to the aming service received from the sellers. After submitting my review the sellers contacted me issuing a full refund and sent a new couch with a complementary pillow. This is by far the best service I have ever received. I would recommend this couch to anyone and its so cute, easy to assemble and comfortable!!!

The product arrived in a timely manner. It was simple to assemble with easy/to/follow instructions. The sofa was soft but held its integrity against force. For the price of about 600, it was the perfect addition to my living room. Overall, the product is made with care and quality materials. I would recommend that this sofa is the best option when browsing for Love Seats.
We received it about an hour ago, easy to build, came faster than expected, very soft, very sturdy. However, it did not come with the bolster pillows. I tried contacting the company to get them, and the only option Ive been given is to return the product. Just send me the pillows!!!! If I get the pillows quickly, I will update. Update; they responded and said the pillows are in the zipper part of the sofa. 4/5 stars for quality, shipping, sturdiness and softness. I deducted a star for comfort. Its definitely a beautiful piece to look at, not for relaxing

Color and fabric is beautiful
It was hard to put together, need 2 people to slide arms on the back. Little firm but I like that. It was packaged nicely
