This couch is beautiful!! Easy to assemble but definitely requires two people. Its firm which is great for my back. I thought that they hadnt included the pillows so I contacted the seller. They responded immediately explaining that the pillows were in a zippered compartment under the couch. Also, as another reviewer explained, pet hair wipes right off.
I looked at the photos ONLY even the ones from reviews I WAS SOLD AND mesmerized by how big it appeared and for the price! I ordered without checking measurements this is NOT a sofa its an oversized chair.but again for the price I decided to keep it but I really wanted a sofa and got a small love seat or what Id call an oversized chair instead. False advertising however buyer beware dont look at the misleading photos measure it out and see what youre getting. It is very pretty in the office though everyone loves the look and feel of it and the small size actually worked for us. BUT if I had bought it for my home that would have been an instant return.
Not only is this couch GORGEOUS, but the legs were missing upon arrival (probably fell out of the box that was slightly roughed up in transit), so I messaged the seller and within a few days I had the legs and assembly was complete! It is simple to put together and it makes my living room look phenomenal!!
The box is very heavy and you will need assistance unless you have serious body strength. The assembly wasnt too difficult but none of the pieces are marked and you have to figure it out on your own. I found this out the hard way as my original review stated I did not get the side pillows well apparently are enclosed somewhere within my couch. This was not mentioned in the directions and to get the pillows I would have to take apart the couch, which I wont be doing. The seller sent be a poor image of how to retrieve the pillows, one that didnt even mention the part in which they were in. The couch is stiff to a degree, but I have to admit, I have liked it more Ive laid on it. It is very spacious! I will give it credit there. I am 54 and can sleep easily with room. I would assume you could even cuddle with two people horizontal depending on your sizes. I also think you can have more than 2 people on the couch at one time which is a plus. Fits my 12 pound poodle and I nicely. When company is over it can fit all three. I give it three stars mainly for the lack of assembly instruction, Id like my pillows Quality of is very good other than this issue.
We ordered this couch in the color ginger, but when received it the color was a few shades deeper than it looked in the pictures and unfortunately was an exact match to our floor color. We reached out to the seller to return it and they were quick to respond asking a little more about why we wanted to return it. When I told them they were understanding about our experience and offered a full refund while also telling us to keep the couch. Even though the couch didnt work for us, the experienced with the seller left me pleasantly surprised. In the future I would consider buying from this seller if I saw a product I liked because they werent hesitant to take care of our issue. perfectly fine with it

The color is misleading. It is not tangerine orange it is more gold. Not what I expected.

This is a cute loveseat/Sofa, I really like it because it spruced/up my room!
I got the green one and it is bright, also it matches my Curtains and makes it seem the room seem happy!
