This was pretty cheap so I was worried about quality but so far it seems great. I am a mom and I was able to put it together in a couple hours by myself. It comes with an allen wrench and that is only tool you need to get it all together. For the mattress we used a regular size twin for the top but got a memory foam mattress in a box for the bottom so my daughter had more room. Would recommend this Like!
This is very sturdy and has lasted a long time however the holes didnt line up like the were supposed to at first and that was annoying. I also dont like that the safety rail on the top bunk doesnt come up very high. So if you have a large mattress your child may roll right off the top bunk. Works well.
Bought this bed for my 6 year old twins. It took about 3 hours for me to assemble alone. It wasnt too bad, though! It has only been a week or two, but the bed is holding up well. We have purchased metal framed beds from this company before that we were satisfied with (only needed a new bed because we downsized in bedrooms). I would definitely recommend this bed. It feels sturdy and looks nice. Perfect.
For all the people complaining about how sharp the narrow ladder rungs feel when youre climbing the ladder with bare feet:
How about trimming down a pool noodle and cutting a slit in it so it fits right onto the rungs? Easy set up.
