Instructions were kind of clear, but we figured it out after taking a few things apart again. Other then that, the kids love it! Its a great addition. Futon to sit and watch movies and a bed for guests. Got a furmton Matt at Walmart for half as much on . It was easy.
This twin over full bunk bed is well constructed and looks great. Its best feature is it can hold the weight of two adults on the bottom and one adults weight on top. Very durable. My Nephew likes it,

Mattress doesnt fit well
Pro /Its a good space saver and sturdy. Con/ Does NOT fit a full size 5in mattress. You can see picture. Not bad.

Not as sturdy, moving around effects the other person sharing the bunk
We got this for a spare room. It took a while to assemble. Moving around on the top bunk will definitely be felt by the person below and vise versa.

Good bed for the price. The plastic retainers to hold the runners secure break easily so make sure you are careful when you snap them in. I loved it.
The allen screws are easy to strip
