This couch as easy to assemble. The storage space is fantastic. And we ordered an extra ottoman for a little more leg room. We have a dog. This couch is easy to clean, so we have no issues with dog hair. I like it.
I searched for this couch for a long time and then I found this beauty. It has the exact look I was searching for. The color is perfect, the shape is perfect, the price was right. I bought the u shape sofa plus an extra armless chair and 2 extra back cushions to make this symmetrical u shaped sofa. You dont sink into this couch, but its comfortable. The back cushions are nice and soft. The fact theres storage in each piece is a bonus. Im glad I took a chance and ordered online. Oh/and I ordered it on Sunday and had all the pieces 4 days later. I dont think you can beat that these days! Wow!! This was a great buy!!
We love our sofa and so far loving the functionally and look of it. The only minor defects we found upon assembly are from marks on at least 2 of the back pillows a seat. We did receive the replacements fairly quickly and customer service truly is a top priority for . Easy to assemble once you get a hang of it. We are amed on how flexible and comfortable it is and cant wait to add a few more in the future. The luxury side of this sofa that makes it stand out among other expensive sofa is not just the storage but also the reclining feature which is by far, makes for a more comfortable feel than the cloud or any style, at least for me. Love the right amount of firmness and comfort, feels great on the skin and my kids really like the feel of it. We actually had a few ketchup smear stains because life happens when you have little ones and it wiped clean easily. My husband loves it so much so that it became a sofa bed for us which were hoping will hold up for many years given it isnt really mentioned as a sofa bed per say. Its a sofa with a real clean and not bulky configuration so perfect for our design staging business with design spacial versatility in mind. If it holds up well in a year, well definitely be considering adding these pieces to our inventory. Thanks for an aming product and really hoping itll serve us for so many years to come. Ok after a couple weeks of having this couch I have to say I really really love it. Its comfy, sturdy, and the color and is great. Love the storage and the ottoman! I was upset in the beginning over the low backs and I still feel like it would be better with higher backs but still. A great couch. Works well.
During shipping a part of the couch was damaged. A quick email to customer service started the quick process of getting a new part sent! I love that I can move the modules around. We ended up making the L couch into two separate couches / although we needed to buy an additional piece to do it. I love my couches. They are so comfortable. I highly highly recommend these couches to anyone! Good Product.

Customer service was aming!
