We love our sofa and so far loving the functionally and look of it. The only minor defects we found upon assembly are from marks on at least 2 of the back pillows a seat. We did receive the replacements fairly quickly and customer service truly is a top priority for . Easy to assemble once you get a hang of it. We are amed on how flexible and comfortable it is and cant wait to add a few more in the future. The luxury side of this sofa that makes it stand out among other expensive sofa is not just the storage but also the reclining feature which is by far, makes for a more comfortable feel than the cloud or any style, at least for me. Love the right amount of firmness and comfort, feels great on the skin and my kids really like the feel of it. We actually had a few ketchup smear stains because life happens when you have little ones and it wiped clean easily. My husband loves it so much so that it became a sofa bed for us which were hoping will hold up for many years given it isnt really mentioned as a sofa bed per say. Its a sofa with a real clean and not bulky configuration so perfect for our design staging business with design spacial versatility in mind.
