Buy smaller mattresses instead to go with this frame.

Pros: sturdy bed, easy to lift and lower when the mattress is on it, Can be used as King size because trundle and bed are same height. Cons: Mattress is 8 inches tall but space is only 7 inches tall, dangerous to raise and lower bed without the mattress on it so need to lower it first and then take the mattress off it and store the mattress on top of the bed which makes it 33 inches high (too high to use as a couch). one bolt broke during assembly, Instructions were taped to the package of bolts. Unpacking tore the words off the page. The bed frame is made by Leggett and Platt. The mattresses are made by Comfort Bed. The set is sold by and shipped from New York. Next time I would buy the frame only get some thinner mattresses locally so we could roll the trundle under the bed with the mattress on it. Yes I can raise up the bed (takes a 7/16 inch wrench) but then it would not be the same height so could not be used as a king sized bed.

Nice bed for the most part

I love this bed however one side of the day bed had a pole that wasnt shaped right, somehow being knocked in, we had to beat it out to get it to fit the other pole breaking another side in the process. Not sure why it came like that but it was misshaped and made it a hassle to put together.

    Eh!

This bed CANNOT be a true twin. We bought a twin mattress and the mattress hangs about 3inches over the side. It’s pretty sturdy. I would ensure you have an extra set of hands for helping because it’s a little challenging to assemble solo. It does the job for now

A little longer than a twin frame

It does not fit underneath our twin bed frame.

    No words in instructions

Instructions were only pictures no words if you don’t have common sense I wouldn’t recommend this bed

    No instructions

After having to take it apart 3 times, we figured out the best way to put it together. Instructions would have been helpful, since it ended up taking us about 3 1/2 hours to get it assembled. You will also need a slim mattress for the pull-out trundle. A regular thickness mattress won’t fit.

    Hard to Assemble

Really difficult to assemble. Took me 4 hours by myself. Holes DO NOT line up. Once it was together with a little help from a rubber mallet it does look cute though and it seems sturdy.

    No instructions

Ok, so this looks good once you put it together, but it was shipped without instructions. We had to “wing it” while we were putting it together. There aren’t even instructions available anywhere online to my knowledge. We looked. So, all in all, it’s good once you figure out how to put it together if you have 3 or 4 people to put it all together.

    Badly Chipped Paint

Easy to assemble but had so many chips in the paint.

    Acceptable, definitely not premium.

Frame made from light gauge steel. Welds are horrible. So far holding up.
