Love the swivel and reclining. Didnt think Id need the swivel but glad I got it after all. The lumber could use a tab more support. The color is more of a bluish gray ( was hoping for charcoal). Otherwise, it was pretty simple even for us older folks lol.
Writing this review and receiving a massage while hubby is at work. He wont get out of it when hes home! (In all fairness, it was intended for him) Its SO comfortable and the massage options are great. Havent bothered with heat as Its hot enough here right now, but I cant get out of the chair either. Ridiculously comfortable and wish wed have bought it sooner....TWO, two and sooner...
Assembled in less than 4 minutes by a little old lady. No tools needed. Chair is not only sturdy and extremely comfortable, it is beautiful. It is the centerpiece of my living room.
Pluses: Comfortable, doesnt squeak, sturdy, not that expensive; easy to put together.
Minuses: No brake or handle to stop the chair from spinning 360 degrees. Bought this for my dad and he cant use the chair because of this issue. So I use it. His legs arent what they used to be.
