Would have been 5 stars except when I was attaching one of the arms, the screw broke through the hole of the armrest, even though I was careful not to over tighten the screw as arm was still loose. There is only about 1/8 of plastic supporting the arm. This is critical as the back of the chair is supported by the arm. I didnt want to go through the hassle of returning the product. Luckily, we are a printing company and stock a wide variety of screws washers for our machines. I found a black colored screw with the same diameter but longer length along with a wider washer and was able to secure the armrest. Other than this chair is comfortable. Not sure if this is a 1-time factory defect or something that needs to be corrected.
PROS: The leather is comfortable. Very easy set up.
CONS: The back rest could be a little taller, but it doesnt bother me much. Im 58.

Comfortable and well worth the price~
