Love this chair! Its perfect for me. Im about 110 lbs so I dont have problems with it dropping or anything like that. I work 10 hour shifts and my back and bottom feel fine after.
I love the chair. Have problem with tilt knob. It is frozen and wont turn. Hope to figure this out. Other than that, the chair is well constructed.

I love this chair. The chair I had previously was horrible. I made a mistake and sat in the old chair for 3+ hours and instantly regretted. Stupid arm-less chair gave me back pains! Well, I decided enough was enough and ordered this one. It was reasonably priced and not too big. Im a small person. I dont need an enormous chair. It came in a package within two days. All the pieces were in the box and the instructions to put it together were very clear...after I put the arms on right. The L and R were engraved and I didnt see them at first, so I was sitting in a back-less chair for awhile. After I fixed the arms, the chair was fine.
Pros:
Good for small people
It has a good lift if you have long legs or just want to be off the ground
Cushy. Very cushy.
Durable (dont let any animals on it)
Wheels are nice (Im on carpet so theyre slow, but I imagine racing around on the wood or tile would be fun)
Came with all the parts in a nice box
Cons
Comes in only one color (Not too disappointed in this. Black matches everything.)
Overall, I would recommend this chair to those who have poor chairs, back pains, and short people.
EDIT: The material on the left arm started to rub off. Its disappointing to say the least. I dont even know how it happened, but Ill have to find something to fix it.
Can you love an office chair? This was easy to put together thanks to simple construction and Basics fancy compartmentalized parts bags; its comfortable (not sure what another reviewer was talking about—the cushion is great); and it seems like its made from durable materials and will last a while (only time will tell this for sure).
The only problem I have (and I should have seen this coming) is that it is a medium back height so that it comes up to right below my shoulders (Im 6). This may help for posture, but Im used to a taller back.
Everything else is great and a steal for the 75 bones.
This chair is very comfortable. I work 9+ hours a day at a desk and was having a lot of back pain. This chair is easily put together and helped ease my back pain. Plus the back is adjustable so you set it exactly where you want instead of having to lean on it to keep it in place.
Well, my wifes office chair broke so she needed a new one. We have had good results with Basics before (with a paper shredder), so we decided to check out the office chairs. This one caught our eye and we ordered it. Great choice! This is a great chair and is very comfortable. She enjoyed it so much I ordered one for myself and now we both can work in our home office in comfort. You wont be disappointed.

Can you love an office chair?
