Bought this to help heat up our bedroom which is at the farthest end of the house and typically colder. Construction seems pretty solid and it was easy to setup (just put the legs on). It heats up the room nicely and provides a nice, cozy ambience.
Heating the bedroom at night allowing the rest of the house to be cooler. Heats the area within a 10 ft radius around it nicely, but cuts off before the entire room is heated to the programmed temperature. That is probably a good thing. Works very well for our needs.
Got this to heat our freezing cold schoolroom. The fire effect is far from realistic, but the remote and heat work well. The kids like sitting next to it and it doesnt get too hot, very safe design.
Upgraded from a similar unit with an electric coil type heater. This is so much better. The quartz heater is awesome. The only thing I dont like, the faux flame doesnt turn off when the heater is not heating. Kinda would be nice it this was an option or something.

Just recently the remote stopped working and I contacted about a replacement. The customer service was fantastic ( not always the case these days). The company was very responsive and quickly sent a replacement. We use this product daily and fits are needs perfectly.
This fireplace is perfect for my rec room. Not too big or small, gives off enough heat and is super cute with them fake flames!! And it was easy to put together so even better!

Cut my propane bill by $250 a month
Heater works perfectly and looks great. Really saved $ on propane bill. Heats a big room 30x50 easily. Highly recommend
