I like the aesthetics and functionality of the desk. My main issue is the faux wood laminate finish is EXTREMELY thin and prone to chips. I am a gentle user and havent knowingly had anything sharp on the desk but Ive found at least a half dozen little chips.
Great Desk! It was ok to put together as far as I know, I did not put it together. It works great! It is very easy to move up and down and has lots of space! Definitely recommend! I would rate this a 4.5/5 because it was a little difficult to put together but it is a great desk
Great product. Very happy with this desk, good quality / looks great. The table is in two pieces so you will notice a line. You can add wheels to the table and lock them so the table does not move. Would definitely recommend this product.
UPDATE Customer support did reach out to me finally and the replacement parts were sent. I have since installed the new parts and the desks works great!!! I love it. I will update my review to 4/5 stars because the although I love the product, the customer support still needs some work. But they did ultimately resolve the issue.
Overall I like the desk, except it doesnt work. The control module gives me an error message of E11, which means the connection is faulty. Ive checked and double checked the coonection and it is all connected. I reached out to service.com 3Xs!!!! And still no answer Ill be returning it, which sucks because now I need to take it all apart and repackage it, which is a massive hassle and disappointment. I would have been satisfied if they would have simply replied and sent me replacement parts.

I was a little surprised and disappointed that the desk drawer was fabric and the cable tray was such a thin sheet metal. I still give a 5 star review however since I didnt choose the desk based on these features. As you can see in the photo I havent installed the cable management ties yet.
Casters will add an extra 1 or so to the minimum height so be warned that a standard wooden kitchen chair may become slightly too short to get into ergonomic position.
Moves up and down smoothly and quietly! Very nice powder coat finish on the metal portions. Wood laminate surface is well done and pleasing.

Ive been super impressed with the quality and sturdiness of this desk for the price. It definitely has some give neer the top range (47.1 is my standing height), but nothing that feels dangerous, overly concerning, or that interferes with my work. My biggest surprise is that it came with super heavy/duty casters, so thats a plus if you want that. I was short one screw for a specific use (the drawer), but I was able to use a different screw in the equipment with no problem.
I like the ability to sit or stand. I sit in meetings online all day. This desk gives me exactly what I need to stand and work. The memory buttons are convenient to remember desk height. I use a laptop with two monitors, plenty of space.
