UPDATE Customer support did reach out to me finally and the replacement parts were sent. I have since installed the new parts and the desks works great!!! I love it. I will update my review to 4/5 stars because the although I love the product, the customer support still needs some work. But they did ultimately resolve the issue.
Overall I like the desk, except it doesnt work. The control module gives me an error message of E11, which means the connection is faulty. Ive checked and double checked the coonection and it is all connected. I reached out to service.com 3Xs!!!! And still no answer Ill be returning it, which sucks because now I need to take it all apart and repackage it, which is a massive hassle and disappointment. I would have been satisfied if they would have simply replied and sent me replacement parts.
