This bed is so lovely! It was fairly easy to assemble as the instructions are very clear. does have a youtube channel, so you can watch some assembly videos, but this particular bed does not have a video. Dont fret, its easy enough to do on your own without a video. My suggestion is to count all your parts, and make sure you know if there are going to be any extras. The only extra I had was one metal dowel connector. Unfortunately for me, I didnt double check my parts when I -(thought I)- was finished and already had the slats in, and new foam mattress on the bed before I realized I had four extra screws... remember I said only one extra part- so these arent extra! :(
It was ok, I just crawled under the bed with a screwdriver and put those screws in and all was well with the world again (as good as it can be in 2020).
TL; DR This is one of the best platform beds at a great price while of domestic metal in an attractive simplistic style that can be customized by the user with stain or paint. Highly recommend!!
This is wonderful platform bed: easiest piece of furniture I ever put together. I love having a solid metal bed with a rock solid mid beam. My only complaint is the bed is quite high especially with todays super thick mattresses. I plan to finish it with Watco Danish Teak Oil.
I looked for a platform bed frame for months on every website there is after purchasing an innerspring foam mattress. Solid metal is heavy, so the hardest part was getting it up the steps, Im 61 yr old female. It was very easy to put together and is solid as a rock. No wiggle, no movement what so ever with the frame. I love the natural, bohemian/scandinavian style of the bed. It has totally transformed my bedroom. Best of all, !
I had to order this model from their website to get a full size, but wanted to scream how happy I am. A couple days slow in shipping, but certainly not s fault, they shipped the day they got the order. Bed came undamaged from across the country. Packed well. I got this bed together with one screwdriver and the hex wrench provided. Completed in an hour, with beer sips between. Instructions were clear and if you cant read English, the pictures are even better (3rd beer, I was doing pictures). I was worried about the stability of this frame. Its solid. No jiggle. I thought about staining etc, but decided I could do it later if I want. It looks GREAT. And taller than I thought it might be with the mattress on. But Im liking the height. Mattress does not slip. I cant say I how happy I am. And ! Bravo
This was simple to put together with the help of a friend. There is a lot of clearance underneath so I ordered the drawers that match for extra storage.
I thought this was pine but it poplar. Its solid and has a nice grain pattern.
My only reason for not giving the full stars is that the way the slats fit make them flush to the frame so there is no lip to keep a mattress from sliding a bit. I happen to have ordered a 13 mattress which is very lightweight so it moves when someone gets on the bed.
I am going to buy some poplar from the lumber yard and build a simple lip to keep the mattress in place. Problem solved.
Otherwise this is a fantastic frame! Strong, easy to assemble (two girls, only a screwdriver and the Allen wrench) and it has a very nice clean, simple look to it.

So I bought a mattress from Tuft Needle and needed a bedframe to go with it. After reading reviews on numerous frames, I found glowing reviews on this one! And they are accurate! Well so far anyway. Havent slept on it yet, but this was a breeze to put together and it arrived so quickly! I have no doubt that I will enjoy this bed and it will be sturdy!
I decided on this bed because I was looking for an inexpensive bed with a headboard, and was sold after reading the positive reviews. I consider myself a furniture assembly and general handiwork novice, so putting the bed together was a learning experience. However, the instructions were clear enough so that I was eventually successful (after 2 hours or so of struggle). I did most of it myself, but had a friend help with installing the outer frame. However, if youre more experienced with building things then you would probably be able to do all of it yourself easily.
The bed looks even better in person than the provided photos and it matches my neutral bedding really well. I dont want to use a bedskirt because of how nice the metal frame looks. Its very sturdy and havent had the mattress shift at all so far. It should be fairly easy to take apart again, and Im looking forward to using this bed for a long time!
Beautiful solid frame. Clean metal with next to no knots in the solid poplar construction. Some metal screw and bolts that are super easy to assemble. One woman job! No shaking or movement. Virginia! Luv it! I highly recommend purchasing this over all the flimsy metal junk out there. Great price! Packaged well with easy clear instructions.
