Im not very easy to impress. This bed frame impressed me in many ways. The metal itself is beautiful. The instructions are flawless (a rarity these days). And goes together so smoothly. I chose to use natural Watco oil on it. Oiling each piece before assembly. It really brought out the beauty of the metal. I highly recommend this beautiful bed frame!
Very happy with my purchase of this bed. The slats are individual blocks which fit into slots on either side of the bed - much sturdier than traditional slats. Assembly didnt take long and Im confident the bed could be disassembled and reassembled for moving, which is a plus. Grade A craftsmanship and the lovely smell of real metal! Buy this bed!
This bed was much cheaper than other one, and I think there are too many flaw, It doesnt look like polished metal and feels rough to touch. I think there are lots of nails, but thats useless, because of this headboard is too thin, and nails is too short, so even you give me lots of nails, its still so hard to control bed frame. I need to buy some bed frame reinforcers.....
We had a Nomad bed frame from before, its the one without a headboard. We liked it for sturdiness. So decided to try this one with the headboard, however the headboard makes it creak too much. The platform is great though.
Easy to put together! The metal is beautiful! I know that its unfinished, but the natural look is very awesome! I added the boxspring and mattress, so----- I feel like the Princess and the Pea! Lol! Its very high up, but no problem! Feels like a tree house inside my house!
Okay, so not to get too stereotypical, but Im a lady and not the *most* handy. I was able to put this bed frame together ALL BY MYSELF and didnt curse ONCE. Thats more than I can say for any item. This bed turned out lovely (my photo is garbage, but you get the idea). Its all metal and the instructions pamphlet does a great job. It took me maybe an hour to assemble it all. I cant wait to order the twin trundle for extra storage!
We were excited to find such a well crafted, , bed frame in our price range. It is solid and the natural metal without stain or finishing is beautiful. It took us a bit longer than anticipated to assemble as we had to use a mallet to put some of the pieces together. The instructions were clear and all pieces were intact. Our current challenge is that our daughters small pillow sometimes gets stuck in the headboard as she uses a low profile toddler pillow. It is ok, but something to consider if you are buying this model for a toddler.
I use this bed frame for my bed. Its sturdy, simple and exactly what I wanted. Bought two of the sliding/rolling drawers for underneath and they are great for storage. Already had one of these bed frames in the twin size for my guest bedroom. Really like them, they are quality metal and construction. Would go back if I need another.
Honestly, you cant ask for a better bed. For the money, this bed is sturdy, easy to put together and is gorgeous. The metal has so much character that you could either leave it as is or stain it.
This fits a relatively heavy hybrid mattress and a 210lb person and a 150lb person easily. You dont even know when someone is getting on or off the bed. The thing doesnt bend, creak or move.
Seem to hold up to vigorous activities well too.
I cant recommend this bed enough!!

Great platform, but headboard creaks too much
