Awesome bed. Its stylish, its height is perfect for storage items underneath. I bought their rolling drawers to put under. Equally nice. The poplar metal is strong and sturdy and the natural finish is great on its own, or as a blank canvas to finish as you wish. Great buy. Worth the$$.
Got it for my 16 year old. Great quality and simple contemporary design. All solid metal, all . Other beds I looked at had dangerous chemicals and offgasing. I did not stain but you can stain it if you wish to. I bought 2 drawers sold separately that I placed under the bed. Great storage space!
I debated what frame to buy for a LONG time for our guest room. I didnt want something that looked nice but would break in a year or two. I also wanted something higher off the ground, since I didnt purchase any box spring or anything for the 10 mattress purchased. I had initially ignored this frame due to its unfinished nature, but it actually looks great, and that should not have been a showstopper. This thing is SOLID and it was very easy to put together -- there was only one hole that I had to sand just a bit to make something fit properly, and the instructions were perfect. Would not hesitate to recommend this.
Sturdy, everything was supplied, no damage on arrival, arrived in 2 days... Whats not to like? However, I realized you could stain this to change the color to match the room or just seal the metal but you have to plan accordingly... either stain pieces in the basement, cellar or outside and give time to dry... But we are very happy with the bed...
The reason they didnt get a 5 star from me is because not everything lines perfectly there are areas I have to tweak it to make it fit. I also had a friend help me to assembles it. But overall I really like the Unfinished nature metal and the frame is very solid.

Very good quality and sturdy, just 30 minutes to assemble it. I highly suggest that there should be painting choices available like other brands.
