I bought this desk for my home work setup. It fits perfectly in a nook inside our home. The desk was simple to assemble and feels really sturdy. It is a great desk and am definitely looking into other matching furniture to add to my work area.
Had one shelf with out of position threaded inserts that would not allow screws to line up from the frame.
I opened up the holes in the frame and assembled with black oversized fender washers that were nearly invisible when assembled. This is why 4 of 5 stars. Would have gone 5 otherwise.

I would’ve never thought it would turn out so well! Me and my wife love the desk.
It’s important to let the seller know that:
1. The package arrived sooner than expected
2. The packaging was excellent
3. The desk and parts had no scratches
4. The metal frame makes it extremely sturdy
Of course I wish it had drawers but it’s an amazing looking desk.
Firstly the idea was having side bookshelves on a study desk was impressive. The reach is easy compared to under desk drawers / shelves. To me, this design is the USP (unique selling point) of this product. Ive never used such tables and was keen to buy after checking the specs. Went ahead and purchased purely due to the relatively lower cost (it showed up a $20 coupon).
The fact that it fits in my small bedroom space was quite relieving. Having this desk alongside bed serves dual purpose, helps me in having a quick reach to the bedtime books as well as my backup office space.
Assembly was fairly easy and straightforward. Looks sturdy and lightweight too.
Update: little tree sent the new parts and the desk went together fine. Once assembled it is a sturdy desk with a nice finish. However I plan to return it only because it is out of place in my room. I have high end furniture and this desk is out of place. Unfortunately this means I will be buying a very expensive desk that is a better match.

Nice and compact table for single monitor or just for a laptop. Easy to assemble and doesn’t look bad. Nice to have in any small room or any normal place.
Pretty easy to assemble by yourself if you know what youre doing. Holds up my monitor and heavy books easily. Make sure you adjust the screws at the bottom if you have stability issues.

The quality is too notch and great value for the price. Definitely not IKEA cheap quality. The desk is very sturdy. The finish is a very classy dark wood. This is perfect as it matches my workspace.
