The item itself is fine once you get it together/its alot of work and my husband had to retap several of the screw/bolt fittings because they were stripped. One of the spindles was slightly bent/damaged but not really noticeable. There are alot of pieces to put together but I do like the bed/its very nice looking.
DELIVERY WAS AWFUL. I ordered this item on Aug. 3rd to be here in time for company coming on Aug 11. The target date for delivery was between Aug 9/12, so I was hopeful. The item shipped on Aug 5 .as it turns out only a label was printed on the 5th and FedEx didnt even get the package until Aug 12th. It finally got to me on Aug 20 after our guest had already left. I wouldnt order from this company again.
Cute bed, put it together for my daughter at college. Turns out every piece has an exact spot, some peices that look like they can go right side up dont etc. So if things are not fitting right, odds are you need to flip the piece around and try it in a different spot.
First of all, I ordered white but was sent black. Not a huge issue and I didnt want to go through the hassle of sending it back then waiting on a new one so we just put it together. The package was missing 2 parts marked F but they arent needed for the overall assembly so once again to avoid hassle we just went with it. The parts are each marked with a sticker but some of the pieces would be good with a top and bottom sticker.
I put this together with my husband, the outer frame wasnt too bad but once we got to the base for the mattress is where it got a bit ridiculous. We finally got that part together but it could have been filmed and used in a comedy skit. Get a bar in one side it slides out the other.this went on until we got it tightened up and ready to attach to the rest of the frame. For that part we needed another person to come in and hold things steady. If you buy this and plan on putting it together alone, I wish you luck. If you are easily frustrated you may want to come back to this one as a last option.
After 2 and a half hours we finally have it together. My soul is crushed because I realized that we will need to take it apart to get it out of the room its in. That is going to suck.
I put the bed together by myself. It took some time but went very smooth. Impressed about how sturdy this bed is. And beautiful!!
I got it for a small mobile home bedroom. This way it doesnt take up as much space as 2 twin beds. When we have company can pull out the trundle and use it
Easy to assemble very well made. No squeaking or rattling. I purchased the trundle too. Its perfect. Twin mattress 12 thick worked great for the trundle too.

Its a fairly good deal.
Fairly easy to put together but very cheap . It states it holds 400lbs but I would not trust that. Overall it a decent bed for the price.
Unsatisfactory with service
