Last night I put together my daybed / it probably took a little longer than it would have, if I had found instructions for assembly / but all/in/all, it was pretty intuitive. The quality of the materials is good / not outstanding / but everything assembled easily and enough bolts/nuts/washers were supplied. They even provide a little stamped open/end wrench and an Allen wrench. Once all the bolts were tightened, it seemed very sturdy. Im not sure the welds that hold the bed support are solid enough to support a very heavy person over a long period of time / but Im using this as an occasional guest bed and my reading nook.
Im a bit bugged by the bolt heads that are black and exposed on the wood posts; and one of the posts has a finger/joint thats pretty obvious because the two sections accepted the stain differently. But for a piece of furniture in this price range, its really very nice. Solid uniform/grain wood, and countersunk bolt/holes with woods plugs would have cost me two or three times as much money. And I doubt my guests will notice things like that anyway.
My only other concern is the mattress support: when its assembled, theres a raised Spine down the middle. Im using an old (cheap) innerspring mattress, so will probably be OK / but if one were to use a thinner, dense mattress (think futon) / you might feel that raised section. The good news is that its NOT going to sag in the middle. Ever.
I had purchased this as a bed/daybed for a second guest room as I have 2 guests coming to stay with me at once, so I was looking for something in/expensive but will work well for the space I got. I received it on time and in very sturdy, protective packaging. As I started putting the bed together, one of the first pieces had a hole that was drilled wrong. Frustrated, I reached out to the seller requesting them to send a replacement piece quickly so that I can have a bed for my guest. In less than 5 minutes, someone responded apologizing and offering to send the replacement immediately.
The customer service was top notch! I received the part well before I needed it and was able to swap it out quickly. I highly recommend doing business with this seller!
The bed is OK but not something that will blow you away. Aside from that part that was drilled wrong, there was another part that broke but was still useable. The bed is built and is very sturdy. I would purchase this again.
The trundle bed is as pictured and looks nice in my guest bedroom. Assembly instructions needed a lot of help. The slats only have two that come with screws, thus making the bed squeak as the other slats seemed loose. After purchasing this, we found similar beds that come with clamps for each slat that prevent this. My husband was able to put two tie straps together for each slat running them through to the next one to make slats more secure and it stopped the squeaking.
This bes is extremely sturdy. My husband assembled on his own. SO much easier to make than the bunk beds we replaced. Looks great in our room which is spare room for grandkids and sewing room for me.
For the price and functionality this bed is okay, its relatively easy for one person to put together but I was super disappointed when I opened the box to see it was an ugly grey color and not white as it looked in the photographs when purchased.

Ultimately I am happy and would recommend

Sturdy but Needs More Support

DAYBED
Bought this for my mom. She was very pleased with it. Made well and not too hard to assemble.
Great value
Needs two people to assemble. Love the look.
Functional, inexpensive, but yucky color, not as shown in pictures
