This is very nice. I had changed my mind originally and tried to ship it back. But the cost to ship was more then Id paid for it. So ended up using in my spare sewing room. Plenty of space under for storage, or have a trundle if I need extra room for company. Had to buy a memory foam topper also since the mattress (older) need extra padding for my older sissy to stay.
This bed is beautiful, sturdy and works very well for me. Feels bigger than a twin bed yet twin mattress works with it. I put it together myself, took a little time, more probably then it would have for a handy man to do. But I was able to do with ease. Would reccomend it to anyone. Looks far more expensive than it was. Feel very good about my choice. Especially after taking a good three weeks to choose one. S Dowe, Winston Salem, NC
This daybed arrived on time in three beat/up boxes (frame, posts, and suspension deck), and by the time the whole thing is unpacked and spread around the room to check out, theres no way to figure out how to get it all repacked and carted to the UPS store to return. It took two of us a couple of hours to put together, and the back wrought iron piece of the frame is bent/bowed in (or out, depending on how you put it together), and we werent able to straighten it out / not sure how or when it was bent out of shape, either at the warehouse or in transit, but ita not noticeable once the bed is made up. One long screw and hole didnt align, so we just left that one out. Anyway, it looks nice now, but for the money, it ought to arrive in perfect condition and with properly aligned screw holes and screws.

Long back piece of the day bed to the two TALL bedposts together FIRST (back and arms wrought iron in 1box/4 posts in 1 box (2 of each size). Next attach the arm shorter wrought iron to the shorter post (the widest part will attach to the long constructed piece, this may take 2 people or prop the headboard (long section you put together first up and attach one of the side arms. Once you have both side arms on put box 3 with the mattress deck together. THIS DAYBED COMES WITH 1/MOST DO NOT. BE SURE THE ARROW STICKERS ON THE END ARE POINTING IN THE *SAME* DIRECTION. The poles stablize and the U joints secure, they bolt under like a U in the center. Make DOUBLY SURE ALL POST, MATTRESS DECK screws are TIGHTENED securely,but NOT OVERTIGHTENED. I added black thick grosgrain ribbon tripple looped from 3 places on the back headboard to the mattress deck and knotted/looks like its supposed to be there. My mattress kept sliding back under the headboard to the wall 3 to 4 inches. Solution works perfectly and looks great. One idea if you have this problem. The bed looks and works great. I bought a heavier duty pop up trundle and will be making it into a King as needed for guests.
After looking for quite some time for a daybed that was sturdy, stylish, and not terribly expensive, I decided on this daybed based on other buyer reviews. There were others at this price that didnt even come with the link spring. I am 64 200 pounds and I sleep on it every day. No problems so far. Assembly took about 30 minutes by myself. Some people might need an extra set of hands to connect the base. All the tools are included with the hardware. In a traditional daybed use, you might need a lower profile mattress as the base is pretty high. Since Im using it as a bed, I purchased a big poofy mattress which looks a little silly as a daybed.

It is hard to find an attractive daybed. We bought one from a big/box retailer and returned it. Then my wife found this one. Assembly was not very easy, but it is a solid, well/built product and looks great.
We liked the coler desighn of wood and and the bed came packaged with great care to the wooden posts so it wouldnt get scrached in the shipping prosses. It was very easy to put together and was done in about 45 min. The seller Cymax shipped it out fast and they even waved the shipping cost of the bed they are a great vendor and most of all my wife loves it bettter than the one she paid 300 for this one was alot more sturdy and the desighn was great she loves it.
Bought this bed to quickly turn a room into an extra bedroom for guests following Super/Storm Sandy. It arrived quickly. The assembly directions were vague and incomplete.but after a while we figured it all out on our own. Its sturdy and looks really good. Got it at a great price through an outside dealer on . Saved over 100 compared to a well known, bargain brick and mortar store. Definitely recommend it. The wood color and quality is surprisingly good. Has a high quality appearance and feel but a discount price. Cant beat that.
