I need customer support. It seems that the remote has been unpaired because there is power to the control box. I cant find a way to get in touch with customer service. I need instructions on how to pair the remote.
Bed went together easy. It is very heavy I moved it myself but really needs two people. Everything works as it should. The message feature is ok but want a necessity.
This king/sized bedframe is AWESOME If you are considering buying it be forewarned that it is too heavy for one mid fifties male to move around alone. set this purchase up as an inside delivery and I was thankful for that and the help I got moving it into place. Once in the right place I was able to put it together by myself and the only tool I needed was my pocket knife to cut the packing straps. The assembly instructions were few, very easy to understand and easy to follow. I have a 12 inch thick foam mattress on it and most of the time I have it in the anti/snore position which works very well at eliminating my snoring (which sounds like a cross between a very large chainsaw and a poorly tuned Harley Davidson with no exhaust). Other times I sleep with it set in the Zero G position which also reduces my snoring. Something that is very nice if the power goes out the bedframe stays in the position you set it in. The massaging Motors are rather large and look like they will last the life of the frame and they work well with my 12 inch thick foam mattress.
Everything about this bedframe says Quality and it is WELL WORTH THE PRICE I PAID FOR IT and after sleeping on it for over 2 months I can honestly say that there is nothing negative to say about the bedframe or the service, speed of delivery and advertising for it.
We were a little nervous about purchasing without seeing it first hand. We are not disappointed. There were two twin sized purchased and fit well next to one another. We can not b happier with this putchase. in fact two different friends were so impressed they asked for information on how to buy.
I love my adjustable base. I honestly dont know how I lived without one before. I would suggest for everyone to splurge a little bit and get one. Ive had it for about a month now and still works great. I thought it was a great value for the money. I have issues with my sciatic nerve and the vibration really helps with it. Comes already assembled. You will need help getting it into the room as it is heavy. Looking back I believe I wouldve paid for to go ahead and put it in my house instead of me having to do it because it was heavy! I want to get one for my mom and dad now!!
My remote got lost after being ill i noticed it was missing. attempts to replace it have been a huge headache. if you start emailing the manufacturer you will need the LAW number witch is stapled to the head section. if not just lost in your box. without that they can not determine what remote works with your bed. you would think they would adhere it to the metal frame but use staples to tack it to the thin fabric covering the metal frame instead. without this they can not help you and drag you though a circle of what you need to look for and always come about again to providing them with the LAW code or they cant help you. even if you know the manufacturer part number you cant seam to order it anywhere online.
I got this adjustable bed on a questionable note but Ive had it 30days now and havent had a single problem. Some people said it broke when big people sat on it wrong but Im a pretty big guy and my wifes a big gal and we have 4 dogs and we all have put this bed through hell and it hasnt gave us a single problem!!!! I love the vibration settings. I like how I messed around with the remote to it and found out certain things I can do with it to adjust the different vibration types like fade in and out almost as if a person would breathe! Its so relaxing! It has a timer feature which you can turn on for several time settings which is pretty cool and I figured out how to get it to stay on all night! Its so good on my back and I can sleep so good all night and half the next day if i dont have anything going on! The price was pretty good for everything it has! The only complaint is with the USB ports! They need to figure out a better place to put them! We keep breaking our cords getting in and out of bed or tripping on them! Very bad spot for them!!! Id think they wouldve figured that one out by now! But I think all the new beds have them and so they put them in. We didnt get that mattress they where selling so I dont have nothing other than I bet it wouldve been too thick for an adjustable bed to work right! We got an 8in foan mattress in a box from Walmart and it seems to work great!!! Otherwise great buy on the adjustable bed!!!

You will never be able to get a replacement remote.
