Very nice base for the price. Be warned that the usb port is on the left side only so if you are making a split king only one port will be available. Has all the features of a more expensive base except wall hugging feature to keep you close to your night stand.
UPDATE: 8/24/18 After one year and 4 months I am having the same problem as everyone else. One of the bases the control will not operate at all after a few days of the head function being jerky. I will be contacting classic and updating based on how they handle this.
I was super excited to get this bed. It was half the price of a discontinued wired model I saw in a store and had really great reviews. We have had the bed for about a month and a half and its getting picked up today and I got a refund. A couple weeks after receiving the bed, it started making awful creaking/squeaking noises every single time youd move in the bed. So hard to sleep when every time someone moves, it makes a noise. I tried looking under the bed to see where the noise was coming from, and wasnt able to figure it out. I contacted the company and they werent much help. They asked for a picture of a tag off the bed (which I sent to him) and asked if I put WD40 on the bed. I told him I cant figure out where its coming from and he said hes never heard of this issue before. Pretty useless responses from the company.
In addition to that, the massage function is just a vibrating bed but it only lasts 15 minutes at a time. I wasnt able to figure out a way to get it to go longer than 15 minutes, if there even is a way.
There are 2 USB ports in the bed which were nice, but they are both on the same side. They should put one on each side.
Overall, a total bust for us.
The bed was delivered on February 7th, 2017 and this past Saturday February 25th 2017 it has stopped working, the problem seems to be with the small black box, the remote lights up when the buttons are pressed but nothing moves on the bed, i dont know who to contact for help, im not very impressed with a bed that has hardly been used and only worked for 3 weeks. I have ordered multiple items from and this is the first time having a problem, i hope you can direct me where to go for help to fix this problem.
Stuck in upward position after 15 min. After that, all buttons on remote only controlled massage function. Cheap construction, beginning of rust on underside, extremely loud motors, very flimsy remote.

As this is a long term purchase, I decided to go with a three times more expensive model, for peace of mind. Expensive but really no comparison
I like it, have had it just over a week so cant speak to its durability / longevity
I do want to point out two things to take note of :
1) obviously six legs instead of four like most (can be no big deal or can get in the way if using underneath for storage)
2) I couldnt find a clear answer until I purchased and assembled (very easy assembly) YOU DO HAVE TO USE THE LEGS FOR MOTOR CLEARANCE , some beds are the same , some are able to be used without and used on / as a platform bed
Ive now had it a few months , it fells and sounds somewhat creaky , it does the job , but with just me in the bed, sometimes I love it, sometimes I really wonder how long its going to last especially with a second person .
The worst thing,,,,make sure you watch the price, it goes up and down like cry right here on , I noticed this when I bought it and thought I bought it well because I saw it for hundreds more but than saw it for even less by almost 150 and does not refund the

Updated 12/05/2017/We have had this bed since October of 2016 bought 2 twins and my Twin XL just completely quit working for the head raising part. The other Twin is working fine and the foot is ok. Dont know what to do with this product at this point. Everything is hooked up just as before. I would not spend this kind of money on a product that is only going to be good for a little over a year. Just put this together yesterday. Bought 2 twin xl in order 2 make a King size bed with dual controls. The packaging and delivery were seamless no problems at all. The boxes are 126 lbs each and in each box you get everything you need to build 1 twin xl bed. The heaviest piece is around 45 to 50 lbs and is pretty easy to handle by one person. I opened in the garage and brought in one pc at a time. The legs and motors are packed in separate boxes and clearly marked before opening. Head Motor, Foot Motor and Legs. All pcs went together perfectly with just normal effort. First the middle legs that hook the top to the bottom and then the other 4 legs that come with easy to handle screws that the leg screws into one on. Motors are clearly marked with a floor facing tag so when you place the motors you know which side should be where. Each motor simply fits in the prepositions spots with 2 pins. The foot and head motors are slightly different sizes, but the boxes clearly tell you which is which. After placing and securing motors just plug in the connectors that come from the motors to the transfer box that is clearly marked with where each connector goes. Then simply turn the base over, plug in and place your mattress. We were so pleasantly surprised that these 2 slid together make a beautiful king size bed that are separately controllable. Noise level is quite comfortable just a slight humm that doesnt even alarm our dog who sleeps in the middle. First night in the new bed and Im writing this review early in the morning in a comfortable pre/set position. Forgot to mention that one controller came with 3 triple a batteries, but the other did not have them. Not having triple a on hand at the house we just scrambled and robbed from some other remotes. Have to replace those next store visit. All in All this was easy to receive from shipping, easy to unpack, moderately easy to lift each component and reasonably easy to put together. So far we love it, but will follow up after we use a little longer. We ordered 2 twin XL mattress from Tuft Needle that fit perfectly.
Pretty sure my bed was manufactured on Friday at 4:15, Not only was this two weeks plus late.but in setting it up we found that two of the legs were only spot welded to the frame (to late to send back this freighted item, so add on the cost of a 50.00 welding charge to get fixed) I tried emailing regarding the issueno answer as yet, will try again. We are none to happy about paying for a product that immediately needs a major fix to even attempt to use it.as for using it, stay tuned.
