They contacted me, said that they were woking on the problem and are now sending me a new one! This trampoline was great at first! After about 2 weeks one of the pieces of fabric connecting the springs to the main trampoline broke. Since then more than half of them have broken and the trampoline is unusable. I think that it would be okay if you only jump occasionally but not if you use it regularly.
We were excited to receive our trampoline. My son and I love to exercise every day. We had one little issue with the pad legs were they were worn out. We reached out to the vendor and they quickly took care of our issue and sent us replacement pads for the legs. We highly recommend this product.

The stability and sturdiness seems great! Doesnt wobble around outside on the concrete or inside on my carpet and let me tell you

I bought this because the description. Said foldable and easy to assemble, thats is true and its perfect for my exercise during this pandemic(I used to love playing in sky zone trampoline park). The foldable is really nice for saving storage space too. One thing I would concern though is the sturdiness, Im not sure how long it would take for the leg to be wore out, but its just for me. We will see how long it will last. Anyway, I think I would wait to let my baby to use it. Hope she is going to love too.
It has been a wonderful alternative for physical activity at home. Now with the pandemic my children hardly go out to play or do sports.
With this trampoline they spend all day jumping. During the breaks from online school they take the opportunity to jump.

Quite fun
Three weeks in, no complaints. Quite effective for my uses. Doesnt hurt my arthritic knees! And the fastest Ive gotten in shape.
