I purchased this trampoline and am very impressed with the quality and sturdiness. I use it for exercise / you can do many exercises on it and it is great for bone strength. I had a small issue and the customer service was excellent. Within a couple hours of my contacting them, they had resolved the issue. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this product and this reputable company.
customer service is great! We have few issues with the trampoline after a few months of use. The customer representative addressed our problems promptly! I am very impressed with their staller service! My daughter enjoys the trampoline very much!
The trampoline is pretty good for a while but then the pieces start breaking off from a 5 year old using it. Not sure where I can get the metal pieces that connects the spring to the base.
Do not buy! The rubber feet wear out after a few weeks of use. Look elsewhere.
I am well under the advertised weight limit but my feet hit the floor when Im using the trampoline. This leads me to believe one or both of two possible defects are present. The first being that the springs supplied are not capable of supporting anywhere near the advertised weight limit and therefore has a much lower weight limit. The other potential defect is that the legs are too short for the amount of displacement that occurs.
I researched for two weeks looking at various rebounders. I nearly bought a 600 rebounder from a speciality website when I decided to look at one last time. I started reading reviews on this item and people were speaking highly of it and it had a maximum weight of 330 so I felt like it should be sturdy.
While assembly did take two people, once it was put together it is extremely solid. This is a very study rebounder and I am shocked at how much of a work out this really is. After just a few minutes of bouncing, your legs start to burn which really caught me off guard. I had heard this was a great workout but now Im convinced it is one of the top pieces of equipment out there. I am so glad I decided to look on one more time before purchasing the 600 model I was ready to buy. This is a great rebounder and I highly recommend it.
I absolutely love my 40 mini trampoline! I was apprehensive about assembling it by myself, however, it was already assembled. I only had to open it, and screw the legs. It took me less than 10 minutes to get it out the box and get it ready for use. I could not resist the temptation to try it immediately. Good quality, sturdy, good balance and inexpensive! What I like the most is that I do not hear the springs while bouncing or jumping.
Broke after 6 months. Welding broke and one of the legs came off.

After contacting costumer service, they informed me that they were alerted to an issue with the welding of the product. I sent them some pictures and they are sending me a new one now! Great response from them and I am very satisfied as Im sure my kids will be when they get their trampoline back.
It came with some.of the springs detached. Took s body shop man with special tools to attach Some of the legs came with no scuff makers. Had to buy them. At this price it should have had better quality control before shipping
