This is my second portable greenhouse. The first one lasted 6 years and needed a new cover. I purchased a new one and am passing the old frame on to a family member who is purchasing a new cover. Love this greenhouse!
Really nice set up for the money. Seems quite sturdy, but should be anchored down better than what was sent. I had some strong winds the day I put it up, so put a couple of sand bags on the bottom braces to keep it stable. A lot of room for your seedlings!
Pros: Easy to assemble, all parts were included, no screws, nails, or hammers needed. You just need to know how to read directions. The finished product looks fine.
Cons: It is not as sturdy as the previous greenhouse I had for 10+ years. Compared to my last greenhouse the steel pipes, wire shelves and ground stakes are thinner and the plastic connectors feel less sturdy. This is a similar design. The cover is a good thickness, but some of the ties used to anchor the cover to the frame are too short to tie a bow for easy removal. One of the ties for the front side piece was sown into the zipper on front panel that you raise for the opening. I had to cut the threads holding it and then repair the binding on the door flap. It wasnt a difficult repair but when you purchase a product you expect that it will not need repair when you get it.
Although I was disappointed by the quality of the frame materials used it will serve the purpose it is intended for.
No instruction came with the greenhouse, so for now I cant really set it up all too well. Im not sure how to contact the seller and ask for a digital copy of it.
My plants love this. We are renting and did not want to put up a bunch of raised beds, so we are doing container gardening on the deck. Working great so far, and easy to assemble
We purchased this greenhouse 3 weeks ago. It was not bad for the money but last night we had some high winds about 25/30mph and it totally unearthed the structure along with pulling all of the stakes out of the ground. If your looking to put this greenhouse somewhere that isnt protected from the wind, I would extra secure this structure down or look for a sturdier model.
I put this together by myself in about an hour. You will want to steak it down or secure it to a structure because itll blow away. It looks nice and is functional
