Takes a couple of hours to put together. You definitely need an electric drill to speed things up. It is durable for my rough boys. You can even separate the beds; one will be close to the ground and the other taller. This was definitely a good choice.
Not sure what happened but the bunk beds we received we 64 inches tall as opposed to the 58 inches in the description. We had to shorten the bottom posts using a saw to lower the beds. We have low ceilings and 64 was way too high. Other than that, its a great product!
Easy to place together, took two hours, but got it done. Instructions were simple, I read them a head of time before assembling and it made it much easier. I would like to give this bed a 5/5 stars but I cant because one board came with a huge gash on it right on the front. I have contacted customer service which made me take pictures, find numbers and prove that I purchased this item brand new, ( ordinarily would be fine) however I jumped through all of their hoops and have never heard back from them about getting a replacement board. I expect to have this bed for years to come and I am incredibly upset that it has a gash in it. They say they offer free product replacement parts instead of returning the whole bed, honestly I wish we would have taken it apart and returned it and reordered. The bed itself is very nice and my daughters love it! I will update if they respond back and replace the board. Debating if we are going to keep it
I was told by my husband and friend who put this together to inform you all that it definitely takes two people to assemble this and the ladder is the worst part. Great quality though, and my kids love it! Really nice looking furniture.
