Putting on the wheels are the hardest. Spray with WD/40 or put vaseline on the metal part of wheels before inserting into plastic base. Otherwise everything else was easy to assemble. The cushion is a bit firmer than expected. Otherwise, I am happy with color and purchase.
UPDATE: Costumer service reached out to me and offered to send me a gas cylinder for the chair, which completely solved me problem! Chair is perfect now and my wife (52) and I (57) both use it with no problems!
The chair was easy to put together and for the first month or so it was also relatively comfortable. Unfortunately, about 6 weeks in, the part of the chair thats meant to hold it up when you raise the seat level just stopped working and now I have a chair thats so low its impossible to work in and Im barely 57 so thats saying something.
First impressions : the box was easy to open and the instructions and tools provided were sufficient to assemble the chair

The seat did not align with the holes of the frame and It didnt support my weight.
So, I contacted the customer service via messages and
Second impressions: Customer service was prompt and efficient in sending me a replacement set of nuts, bolts and seat cushion which I was able to assemble without any need for gorilla strength.
All is well is the jungle again! Shout out to thr customer service dept for taking care of me and supporting me ( pun intended) in my need.
almost gave myself a stroke trying to put the wheels on. one side is hanging off because the holes where the nails go dont line up. its now pushed under my daughters art desk. one day ill get someone to drill some holes so we can fix it. i love the color and it genuinely is a nice chair! looks like others have had better luck!

I like this a lot coz my office is white and gray. It looks nice coz it match my office and its comfortable as well.
