I am really impressed with this bed. We saved money buying it online. Delivery was scheduled and husband assembled by himself. It is heavy, so it may take two people. So far, so good. It has been two months and we are happy with the seller our purchase.
Disappointed in the product description. One location states 12 inch legs, manufacturer chart shows legs with 3 inch increments to total 12 inches. Main reason I ordered this was for the different length legs. Received 12 inch legs. Contact manufacturer and they referred me to the dealer who would sell me new legs in 4 or 6 inches for an additional 60 dollars. I may just cut these down.
Unfortunately, you cant inspect it before unpacking and opening the unit. Lower motor was hanging loose when received but not damaged. Found the pin in the carton but the retaining clip was gone. Made my own because it was way easier than returning it.
Other than that, it does work well and is surprisingly quiet.
This was such a awesome gift for my grandparents, instead of converting to hospital beds and being separated they now can enjoy each other while still being able to adjust head/feet to each of there needs.

This thing is pretty awesome, why didnt I get this years ago? No more sitting in bed to watch TV propping up pillows to try to get comfortable, or spilling your food while trying to eat. Basically, it turns your bed into a queen size recliner! Darn good idea.
I love this mattress! I had 2 back surgeries and now I sleep better. The bed has (long legs) high up and can NOT be adjustable to lower the height. Im ok with that, Im tall. I bought the king split adjustable 14. I love it!
We shopped adjustable bed bases and this one seemed to be the best combination of sturdiness and price. It fit into our furniture well with little adjustment. I liked that it did not have the unnecessary massage feature and has the zero gravity preset.
I was not prepared for how heavy it is and needed the help of four others to put it in place.
