This is the best bed and mattress I have ever slept on, and I am 80. It fits. It supports your body where you need support. The bed surprised my wife. She didnt expect it to be so nice or so comfortable. We are both very happy with this bed purchase.
It was delivered in excellent condition with no damage. We unboxed the mattresses and let them do their thing for about 50 hours., then assembled the bed frames. Assembly was easy. Attach the legs. Turn it upright. Put mattresses on frames. Done!! These frames are heavy and require two people to lift and turn over as per the assembly instructions.
Customer service was excellent. I had some confusion about the leg lengths. One telephone call, on a Sunday no less, and that problem was solved.
I would highly recommend both the bed and and their customer service.
My wife and I have had the bed for over a month now, and we love it. It was easy to get set up, and the mechanical aspects work well. The only quibble I have, is that the sections that raise see-saw a bit when you sit one side of the bed on a raised part...presumably because the mechanisms that raise and lower the head and foot of the platform are located in the center of the platforms, and not one on each side. There is no issue when lying in the center of the bed, or when there is a person on each side of the bed. Also, it doesnt seem that see-sawing is harmful to the bed.
But, other than this slightly distracting aspect, the and Essential Adjustable Bed Base works perfectly, and looks good. Incredible value for the money!
Amazing bed! Purchased this after my husband had DVTs and PE and it was the best purchase we have made over the last few years and wish we had done it sooner. Comfortable bed, softer than we normally like but we were able to get used to it. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Sturdy and well built. Easy to setup but get some muscle. Its heavy. Worked perfect in our sleigh bed. Could have used some adjustable legs but they went right through slats and I put them on some wood blocks to make up height.
ands makes a great adjustable base with a 14 inch mattress.
The bed is very comfortable and the adjustable base is a necessary because of a spine that is destroyed.
There was only one problem. They shipped the base and forgot to send the mattress. Of course this was very upsetting,I was looking forward to sleeping on my new bed.
Overall the bed is great. And the price is going to be hard to match.
We love our new bed. My feet swell a lot and this works perfectly for getting them above my heart! Might add, my German shepherd loves her new bed as well. Lol

Medium mattresses are on the firm side.
The medium firm mattresses are firmer than what we prefer. The bed is also a little high for us but this bundle did not come with adjustable legs.
Split king is the way to go
