As advertised. Threads on 2 bolts were stripped, however they had included more than enough extra bolts that it wasn't a problem.
Only thing I would change would be to have a lower set of bars above the ladder to make it easier yo climb into.
Delivery was great, easy to put together. My son is on the hefty side and it works great. I do need to secure it to the wall.
On the downside. The stairs are a little difficult to climb and u need to climb over the highest rail.
Yes, the Trundle bed came in a fair number of parts, however, everything went together effortlessly. It took less than an hour to leisurely assemble the unit. It has proven to be very sturdy and easy to use.

It’s good! I have a queen bed under it- sticking out straight. The handle bars to go up are very thin and uncomfortable on your feet but none of my kids have complained.
Set it up on my own on Friday in about 2 hours. Haven’t seen my kid since. He climbs out to eat once in a while then right back in. If he goes feral at least he’ll be comfortable.
He gives it “like, all the stars, man.” And now I kinda want one for myself.
Bought this for my daughters 7th birthday. She absolutely loves it.
Edit:
The desk that comes with the bed, came with two of one leg and none of the other. I did contact the manufacturer and requested a replacement, Never heard back from them and still haven't recieved the part. Bed itself is great though just be wary of having all your parts.

My daughter loves her new bed. Took about an hour to assemble if you follow instructions. Gives plenty of space to her room great purchase
