Great bed my daughter love it!

Only complaint are some instructions are a little hard to understand until you do something wrong.

Took a good 3 hours to put together. Some things you MUST do a certain way or you have to disassemble stuff and redo it and the instructions don't stress it well enough. Futon is not bad (comfortable enough) sleeping on for dad and kid who is working on learning to sleep alone all night by himself.

    Sturdy, trendy

Very pleased with this bed. I bought it for my 6 and 4 year old children. It holds up well to their constant climbing and hanging on the rails. It was a chore to assemble, but my oldest child helped and we had it done in about 3 hours. Make sure you have the main support bars for the mattress on correct so the ladder holes are in the right spot before assembling the many pieces for the middle support system.

Damaged box in shipping still a great bed

Ordered 2 of these for my daughters. Very sturdy bed!!! Easy to assemble, but it will take 2 people for assembly. When I ordered the beds, the estimated shipping was 10-12 days out. I was surprised when the arrived 7 days early. My only issue is that one of the boxes was damaged during shipping. This caused a step rung of one of the ladders to be missing. Luckily there is a ladder on both ends so the ladder missing a rung is against the wall. Kris at was excellent, kept me informed and very helpful During the quest for a replacement part. I still do not have the part but the company has messaged me to rectify the problem. Would recommend! My girls love them!

    Space saving.

For a child under 12 was a great choice. Saves space!

it's better than i hoped for

it's a very nice bed. Climbing up the ladder did hurt, i cut open a pool noodle foam and glued it on the ladder. i did have to cut half of the little gate that connects from the bed to the ladder, i didn't like the feeling of climbing over the gate bc it would grab my thigh like i was pushing myself down a slide in shorts. i also used the poles under the bed to hang my plants

Difficult process if parts are damaged or missing.

The bed went together as easily as expected. Two end caps were broken in the box with no obvious damage to the shipping box and it appeared to have been handled with reasonable care in shipping. They cover the open ends of the larger box tubing that make up the main legs. I reached out to the company as the instructions directed, and they ultimately told me I'd need to contact for a full replacement unit. It's already assembled so I'm not taking it apart for a replacement. I'm sure I can find end caps in that size, but they are a light grey color that compliments the bed and other hardware, so I bet that's going to be hard to find. So in the end, customer service through the company was useless. It's a nice color and the finish (paint/powder coat?) was even and the rest of the hardware was there. It shifts/rocks a little, but is as sturdy as any other metal loft-bed I've experienced around this price.

    Measurements listed are wrong

Warning: the under-bed measurements listed on are inaccurate. Under bed height is only 55” at most. Takes a while to assemble but nothing difficult. Sturdiness is so-so - entire frame moves/wiggles with an 11 yr old going up or down the ladder.

    Space-saving concept ?

Awesome space saver . I'm single mom and only have a one bedroom (i live in California $$$) and my 6 yr old need his own space for sleeping.
