Comfortable, sturdy, nice product! Works great for my handicapped husband that has problems standing. Came missing a part. Customer service told me to buy my own and they would give me a discount for my inconvenience. Bought my own part but never received the discount. Very disappointed!
Chairs are good quality and very easy to put together. Only gave it four stars because one of the rungs does not match the other ...So the chairs do not actually match each other but , they were already put together so I will

Either the bolts were threaded poorly,the holes tapped poorly or both. Also pieces fit a little haphazardly. It went together with force. Book is still out on sturdiness. Also instructions were at best cryptic.
I was desperately in need of a new set of counter-height stools for my kitchen dining area, and when I saw these they seemed worth a try. Im glad I did... I liked these so much that I immediately bought another pair.
The chairs require assembly. The back and seat are preassembled, but the base is made up of three pieces. The legs are in two pieces that cross over each other at the seat and the foot rail is installed after. Other than the initial effort of holding the two leg pieces in the proper orientation to insert a screw into the chair base to hold them, the rest of the assembly was easy.
The chairs are stable. You can adjust the front feet to make up for an uneven flooring (or uneven legs.) Weve been using these for a few weeks and have now complaints. By the way, Im nearly 300 pounds, and my weight is supported by the chair with no complaint or problem.
Its impossible to speculate how well theyll hold up over time... I dont expect them to last forever, especially at this price point, but I suspect theyll hold up well for some time. Based upon my experiences so far, I would definitely order these again and have no problem recommending them to others.
Read horrible reviews but when I received them they were just as shown. A burnt orange color perfect for what I was looking for and stylish. Assembly was pretty easy and instructions were self explanatory unless youre an idiot.
The chairs are beautiful put together however the package came in torn and no tools or screws to put them together. So had to email the company to get the correct pieces to finish putting together
