We unboxed and found that while drilling the manufacturer drilled a hole beside a hole leaving a very thin hinge. They also tore the fabric all over the hinge area. What I received was useless, it would break first use. Now I have to return which is a pain.

Peipei, has bent over backward to satisfy me and the purchase that I made. So even if the product had the issues that you see hear, I have to recognize that he is trying very hard to make it right. He has also communicated with the factory in order for them to make a better product and get it delivered without damages. RM Better then I thought
Great value and super easy to put together for this 59 young woman. The ottoman doesnt vibrate as strong as Id like but I am in love! Pay attention to the pictures!
We assembled this product in January and the shocks are already broken in April with minimal use. I was hoping we would get at least a years worth of use for the money.
