The chair is just okay. Its not as comfortable as I expected, plus, it was a bit challenging to attach the arm rests.
UPDATES: I was finally able to fitly assemble the arm rests today. The reason I had difficulties assembling was that they were wrongly labeled. They R is actually L and vice versa. I decided to switch them around and boom! the screws fit into the holes perfectly I like the sturdiness and comfort of this product.
Comfortable recliner and I like the slanted ottoman. Cushions are as a comfortable as the look. My dog made himself right at home after I got up. The material is also surprisingly soft, though I do worry how it will hold up to abuse and wear. Assembly instructions are vague but theres not a whole lot to it anyway. The recliner is priced fair and worth buying. My only warning is that the massagers arent what I expected. For me, I had already decided I was going to buy the chair by the time I noticed it also had massagers so it was just a bonus. If I had bought it for the massagers, I would have been disappointed. I prefer shiatsu massagers but this is more of a gentle vibration. If youre looking for a comfortable recliner, I highly recommend this one. If you are looking for a massage chair, look at this one closely to make sure its what youre expecting. Product was just as descriproduct
The chair and ottoman are very comfortable and support my lower back well. Fairly easy to assemble, just a little bulky for one person. Make sure all hardware is accounted for upon receipt. I did not receive the screw package, and the chair had to stay unassembled for a while. and seller handled the solution as quickly as possible. Recommend.
