I was pleasantly surprised at how great value this fan is for under $100.
Installation was easy, Im no handy-man and took me longer than other reviews mentioned but it was easy and straight forward. I also did not have to use any of the balance weights which was the biggest surprise of the fan. I was expecting some sort of wobble at this price point.
Looks pretty good given this is under $100. I ordered the brushed nickel and chose to use the walnut colored side of the blades. The maple seems a little bit odd to me to pair with the brushed nickel.
The light is good enough. I might buy a different light bulb than the one that came with it but that is more of a personal preference. I do appreciate that it came with a light bulb.
The fan is what you would expect for a 52 fan. Airflow is adequate and the only slight downside is that it does emit a slight hum from the motor. No big deal for now since its Day 1 but I can see how this might get worse as the fan ages.
Overall I am highly satisfied given the price point.

The assembly was much easier than the installation because the assembly was internal but I had some trouble with the way the original electrical box was given access in a stucco home.
Will definitely use this manufacturer in the future.

Nice fan that looks good and moves a lot of air. Pretty easy to install.

Motor oil smell
I really like how the fan looks, its quiet and I am okay with the somewhat dim light but after running it for a day, it now has a strong motor oil smell!! I will be contacting the seller for a solution and returning it if there is not one available

Beautiful fan
We added these to all of our bedrooms upstairs. They were easy to assemble and hang. They also look so crisp and fresh.
