I was pleasantly surprised at how great value this fan is for under $100.
Installation was easy, Im no handy-man and took me longer than other reviews mentioned but it was easy and straight forward. I also did not have to use any of the balance weights which was the biggest surprise of the fan. I was expecting some sort of wobble at this price point.
Looks pretty good given this is under $100. I ordered the brushed nickel and chose to use the walnut colored side of the blades. The maple seems a little bit odd to me to pair with the brushed nickel.
The light is good enough. I might buy a different light bulb than the one that came with it but that is more of a personal preference. I do appreciate that it came with a light bulb.
The fan is what you would expect for a 52 fan. Airflow is adequate and the only slight downside is that it does emit a slight hum from the motor. No big deal for now since its Day 1 but I can see how this might get worse as the fan ages.
Overall I am highly satisfied given the price point.
